Under Indian data protection law we are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.

Page counts are aggregated and not used to build a profile of you.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we keep the conversation and your number so we can follow up. Please do not send us more than we ask for; we will tell you when a document is needed.

3. Our legal basis

  • Your consent. When you submit a form you tick a box that lets us use your details to reply to you and, for a CV or application, to share it with employers. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 6).
  • Steps you ask us to take. Once you apply for a role or send us a brief, we use your data to do that work: matching, interviews, documentation and travel.
  • Legal obligations. Emigration, immigration and record-keeping rules in India and in the destination country can require us to collect and keep certain documents.
  • Running the site safely. We use technical data to protect the site and the people who use it.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is needed to do what you asked us to do, or where the law requires it.

  • The employer you apply to. Your CV, contact details and interview availability go to the employer whose role you apply for or are shortlisted for. If the employer is abroad, your details are transferred to that country.
  • Documentation and travel services, when you proceed. Medical centres, attestation and translation services, embassies and consulates, emigration authorities, and airlines or travel agents, each only for their part of the process.
  • Our service providers. Companies that host our website and database, deliver our email, and (if we enable it) provide analytics. They act on our instructions and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
  • Professional advisers and authorities. Our lawyers and accountants where needed, and courts, regulators or the police where the law requires.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries (contact form, email sign-ups, WhatsApp and phone follow-ups): 12 months from our last contact with you.
  • CVs and applications: 24 months from the date you sent them or last updated them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you are placed through us, we keep the records of your placement for as long as the law requires.
  • Employer briefs: for the life of our working relationship and then as long as the law requires for business records.
  • Technical logs: up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated.

6. Your rights and choices

You can, at any time, ask us to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you and tell you how we use it.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your data, unless we have to keep it by law or for an ongoing placement you have asked us to complete.
  • Withdraw consent for any use that relies on it, including stopping us from sharing your CV with employers or from contacting you.
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

Email info@nasrec.com with your name and the phone number or email you used with us, so we can find your records. We confirm receipt within one business day and act within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in India.

7. Grievance Officer

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer.

8. Children

Our services and this website are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.

9. Cookies and analytics

The public pages of this site set only essential cookies and similar storage: what is needed for security, for the forms to work, and to remember small things like whether you have already seen the logo animation. Our page-view counts do not use cookies. If we enable a third-party analytics tool in future, we will update this notice and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.

10. How we protect it

Your connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Submissions are stored in a database that only named members of our team can access, and every form has spam and rate-limit protection. No system is perfectly secure, so if you think your data with us has been compromised, tell us at info@nasrec.com and we will act.

11. Changes to this notice

We update this notice when our practices or the law change. The review date at the top and bottom of this page tells you when it was last checked. If a change affects you materially, we will tell you by email where we have your address.
