For job seekers · Overview Your journey with us

Twelve steps. Three phases. Never on your own.

From your first call to long after you land, here is exactly what happens and where we stay beside you.

Recruitment through Nasrec runs in twelve steps and three phases. First we get to know you, check your profile and prepare you for a real interview with the employer. Then we handle the offer, the paperwork, the briefing and your travel. After you land, we stay in touch, so you always know who to call.

  • You reach out by call, by WhatsApp or with your CV, and we reply within one business day.
  • We go through your passport, certificates and experience with you, and say honestly which roles fit.
  • You interview with the employer, in person or on video, and we are beside you.
  • We read the contract with you before you sign anything, then handle the medical, attestation, visa and emigration clearance.
  • Before you fly you get a full briefing on the country, the job, your rights and who to call.
