How we work

One team, two audiences.

For employers

You tell us the roles, headcount, location and start date. We reply with realistic salary bands and lead times, recruit and shortlist across India, and send you the CVs. You interview on video and choose. We then handle medicals, attestation, visa stamping, emigration clearance and tickets, and your worker arrives on the date you planned, with one person at Nasrec accountable from brief to arrival.

For job seekers

You call, message us on WhatsApp or submit your CV, and we reply within one business day. We get to know you, check your documents honestly, and match you to a real job with a real employer abroad. We prepare you for the interview, read the contract with you in plain words, handle the paperwork, and stay in touch after you land.
